  • 3 each blackberry medium
  • 1 packet Stevia optional
  • 1 tablespoon avacado oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes shredded and unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed

Directions
