Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk unsweetened coconut milk may be substituted
  • 12 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbs flax meal ground
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoup MCT oil powder or 1 tbs MCT oil & 1 tbs stevia

Directions

  1. 1) Place all ingredients in a small cooking pot and stir to combine.
  2. 2) Heat and stir occasionally. Simmer until thickened.
  3. 3) Garnish with a few berries, crushed walnuts, dark chocolate nibs or other preferences.
