You should first review the Bristol Stool Check, Stomach Acidity Check and Three Day Food Log as they collect information over several days and you may want to get a head start.
The Coaching Acknowledgement must be completed in order to be accepted into the Lifestyle Works program.
For the Bristol Stool Check, you will observe your bowel movements for a week. Indicate the number of days occurrence of each stool type as indicated in this link here.

Three Day Food Log
To obtain a representative sample of your nutrition, we will use the app “FatSecret”. Record 3 full days. They do not need to be consecutive.
This app is particularly unique in that your food diary can be made visible to your Lifestyle Coach. This is helpful in that that person can give you immediate feedback and collect results over several days which can then be discussed on an appointment.

You will be required to enter certain demographics about yourself in order to get to where you can use the app. We are not concerned with goal weights or rate of weight loss. Just enter something in order to make it accessible to use.
